If you’ve bought a carbon steel blade, you understand the maintenance necessary to keeping the blade rust free and sharp as hell! It’s a simple process that’s worth it for the advantages of carbon over stainless but requires some discipline.
If you’re new to carbon steel game don't worry! After your cutting is done, gently clean the blade with soap and water, pat dry and apply food safe mineral oil to your knife. Done! Its just that easy!!
